We’ve got the fishing side covered. Your charter includes fishing licenses and permits, quality rods and reels, tackle, bait and required USCG safety equipment. You bring your crew and what you want to eat and drink for the day.

JawsToo runs private fishing charters for up to six passengers. Your trip is for your group — you’re not being mixed in with strangers for the day.

We depart from the Holiday Inn Harbourside Marina at 401 2nd Street, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida 33785. You’ll find JawsToo at Slip 33.

No. The necessary fishing licenses and permits are covered for your charter, so you don’t need to go buy a separate Florida fishing license before climbing aboard.

Bring whatever will keep you comfortable for a day on the Gulf: sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, weather-appropriate clothing and your food and drinks for the trip.

If you’re unsure about something, call or text us before your charter. We’d rather answer the question than have you wishing you’d brought it once we’re offshore.

Yes. JawsToo’s 40-foot Dorado has an onboard bathroom, which makes a long day offshore a whole lot more comfortable.

Absolutely. Families, kids and first-time anglers are welcome. You don’t need years of fishing experience to have a great day aboard JawsToo. Tell us about your group when you plan your trip so we know what kind of day you have in mind.

That’s one of the best things about fishing the Gulf — it changes with the season. Depending on the time of year, current conditions and the kind of trip you’re planning, we may target grouper, snapper, kingfish, tarpon, shark and other Gulf species.

If there’s something particular you’re hoping to catch, tell us when you send your trip request. We’ll let you know what’s biting and what makes sense for your day on the water.

There isn’t one answer for every trip. Where we fish depends on the length of your charter, the season, Gulf conditions and where the fish are biting.

Some days the right fishing is closer. Other days, the better opportunity means running farther offshore. The goal isn’t to hit an arbitrary mileage number — it’s to make the most of your time on the Gulf.

Gulf conditions matter. The captain watches the weather and sea conditions and makes decisions with safety and the quality of your fishing day in mind.

If conditions become a concern for your scheduled trip, we’ll communicate with you about the situation and the appropriate next step.

When the fish is legal to keep and within current regulations, absolutely.

Better yet: we’ll fillet and bag your catch at no additional charge. It’ll be ready to take with you when you leave the dock.

Yes. If you’d rather eat your catch while it’s fresh, Jimmy Guana’s Waterfront Restaurant is right at the marina and can prepare your fresh catch for you.

Captain gratuity is appreciated, but not mandatory. Any required mate gratuity is already included, so there are no surprises there.
